1. Who we are

Vahni AI is a product of AtomPrix Technologies Pvt Ltd, a DPIIT-recognised startup incorporated in India (Hyderabad, Telangana). Our website is https://vahni.ai. For privacy inquiries: contact@vahni.ai.

2. Data we collect

• Waitlist form: Full name, work email address, company name (optional), intended use case (optional).
• UTM parameters: Source, medium, and campaign tags present in the URL when you submit the form, to understand which marketing channel brought you to us.
• Google Analytics 4 (consent-gated): Anonymised usage data (pages visited, scroll depth, button clicks). Loads only after you accept the cookie banner.
• Technical logs: Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google LLC— Google Analytics 4 (consent-gated analytics) and lead storage via Google Sheets (Apps Script). Data processed under Google's Terms of Service.
• HubSpot, Inc. — CRM contact creation for waitlist lead management.
• Resend Inc. — Transactional email delivery.
• Vercel Inc. — Hosting and edge functions.
• Sub-processors receive only the minimum data needed and are contractually bound to protect it.

5. Data retention

Waitlist data is retained until Vahni AI launches publicly, or for a maximum of 24 months, whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (up to 14 months).

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 (India) and GDPR (where applicable) you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority

7. Cookies & tracking

Your cookie consent choice is stored in localStorage under the key cookie_consent. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* cookies only after you accept the cookie banner.

8. Children's privacy

Our service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
